Shipping
National and international shipments and returns will be managed by the MAILBOXES platform.
International returns must be sent using the customer's own means.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
These delivery times do not apply during special sales, promotions, and special campaigns such as Christmas. During these periods, delivery may be delayed up to 15 days.
Additionally, online deliveries may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Delivery address
If at the time of delivery there is no one at the indicated address and the package cannot be delivered, our courier will contact the customer to find an alternative solution. If, after this alternative solution, the package remains undeliverable repeatedly, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, a refund will be issued for the product(s).
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If, once the order has been shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe, the customer refuses the package, they will be responsible for all incurred costs (shipping, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These costs will be deducted from the refund.
Under no circumstances shall La Bendita del Sur SL be held responsible for any possible customs costs.
During sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Return policy
Returns are not accepted outside the peninsula.
In Spain: Customers have 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order to request an exchange or refund.
After 14 calendar days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
The product must be unopened in perfect condition.
Once the item has been received and examined, the refund will be processed. It may take up to 15 days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the bank.

If there is no one at the indicated address at the time of pickup and the package cannot be collected, our courier will contact the customer to reschedule the pickup. If, after this alternative solution, the package still cannot be collected, the shipping agency will offer the option of leaving it at a drop-off point.
